Welcome to the 2018 Canadian University Men’s Rugby Championship to be hosted in Victoria on Nov. 21-25. The five-day event will be hosted at the University of Victoria’s Wallace field and Centennial stadium.

The six-team tournament will include representation from regions across Canada including the Maritimes, Quebec, Ontario and Western Canada.

Established in 2017, the Canadian University Men’s Rugby Championship (CUMRC) features 8 teams from the Atlantic Provinces, Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies, and British Columbia who have won or medaled in their regional championship.

A total of 35 teams are now competing to qualify for the CUMRC tournament, an increase of 21 percent from the inaugural tournament. In 2021, the CUMRC is being hosted by Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario from November 24-28.

The 2022 CUMRC tournament will be hosted by the University of British Columbia in Vancouver BC.
